When I asked what recipes you would like, most of you answered « Pumpkin everything », and you were so right guys! Pumpkin is definitely the best fall flavor of all time and I think we all agree with it. So, to begin a long series of decadent pumpkin and cinnamon everything recipes, let start with this luscious butternut squash soup. 🍂Creamy, warm and slightly spicy, this soup is the best easy and healthy option for a quick but comforting dinner. #Paleo Chocolate Chunk Pumpkin Bread! When I say pumpkin, I am referring to Japanese pumpkin, (Kabocha squash). It’s that green looking pumpkin you see next to the butternut squash in the grocery store. It’s creamier and richer than regular pumpkin. You can also sub it for sweet potato, butternut squash or acorn squash if you like, BUT Kabocha is the lowest in carbs and is packed with vitamin A and potassium! It’s naturally sweet and is one of my favorites. There are no artificial sweeteners and it’s a great snack 😋 – Recipe: mix 2/3 c powdered peanut butter (can use almond butter powder as sub)• 1 c cooked mashed Kabocha squash• 1 mashed banana• 2/3 c almond milk• 1 c almond flour• 1 tbsp coconut oil• 2 egg whites• 1 tbsp baking powder• 3 tbsp dark chocolate of choice (I used @enjoylifefoods DF/GF dark chocolate; for #ffactor you can use @lilys_sweets_chocolate) Pour into a greased loaf pan Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. 1/8th of the loaf is 95 calories with 7 net carbs. #pumpkinbread #kabocha #paleobread #bananabread #chocolatechip #paleorecipes

PANCAKE AL CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE CON RIPIENO DI CREMA ALLA ZUCCA. Buongiorno mondo 🌍 e buon venerdì (finalmente)!!! Sono cotta, cottissima.. Ieri sono uscita di casa alle 7:20 e sono tornata a casa alle 19.. Settimana davvero stressante 😫 Ma finalmente arriva il weekend e domani si sposa la mia migliore amica, non vedo l’ora!! Intanto faccio colazione con lui 🤩 Questo abbinamento dovete provarlo, zucca e fondente è la fine del mondo! Vi lascio la ricetta: 10 gr di farina di cocco, 10 gr di farina di riso, 10 gr di farina di avena, 10 gr di cacao amaro, 10 gr di cioccolato 🍫 fondente (fatto sciogliere), 140 ml di albume, bic+limone. Farcito con 150 gr di fage 0% e 100 gr di zucca 🎃 Topping cremina al cioccolato fondente e scaglie di fondente 100%. It’s a favourite 🍂seasonal oatmeal recipe. Not only does it have pumpkin, it also has some kick ass benefits! . It’s warming and nourishing. Immune (the orange colour adds some powerful health benefits) + mood boosting (key for this time of year + my other anxious friends) 💥. Great for your eyes 👀 . Great for your poops 💩.
